CANCELLATION/CHANGES TO ORDER

Cancellations must be agreed with a member of the sales team by telephone within 24 hours of order as after this time, the order is being processed. Emails will not be accepted for cancellation, it must be via telephone. Cancellations will incur a £20.00 admin charge.

Changes/alterations made to an order after 24 hours from payment/confirmation will incur an admin charge of £20.00.

RETURNS

Any returns must be agreed by telephone with a member of the sales team (emails will not be accepted) and will incur delivery, collection and handling charges if the return is not through any fault on TWS’s behalf.

RESERVATION OF TITLE

Goods remain the property of TWS at all times and will not be delivered until payment in full has been received.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

TWS reserves the right to change or alter the styles, specifications and construction of any of the products displayed on this site without notice or reason.

DELIVERY

Deliveries will be made only to the point of delivery (where the lorry can drive to legally), goods will be unloaded from the lorry by the driver and it is then the customer’s responsibility to transport them. Drivers will not carry goods to gardens, up steps, into houses etc unless by special agreement which must be made at time of order and may incur an additional handling charge.

Deliveries will be made within 3 days once the goods have been manufactured for you. Please allow up to 14 days for manufacture in busy times. The courier will contact you to confirm delivery date.

The couriers cannot give exact delivery times (there are many factors such as traffic, road closures etc) but if a specific date is required, you must inform us at the time of order and we shall inform the courier.

It is recommended that there is someone there at the delivery address when the delivery is made. You may also require help transporting goods depending what they are.

Any damages to goods/incorrect items must be reported to us within 24 hours from date of receipt by telephone to a member of the sales team. Emails will not be accepted. Damaged goods must also be reported to the courier to arrange collection. Goods must be securely packaged and protected.
